I had the pleasure of working with Russ while I was at Ellie Mae. When I first took over the Axia Account and met him, I was amazed at how much he had learned and could speak to the mortgage industry having only been in his role for almost a year. His knowledge and grasp of technology is highly advanced, I couldn’t help but be impressed with what he had done with Axia’s system. Russ is the type of person that can jump in any scenario and come out with a solution, and is always on the positive side.
